UGC Net Paper 1 Syllabus 2022

The National Testing Agency (NTA) provides a description of the UGC NET syllabus via an official announcement on its website. Paper 1 and Paper 2 are the two papers that make up the UGC NET paper. Both exams are different from each other.  UGC NET Paper 1 is required and common to all applicants. Paper 2 is optional, though. Before submitting an application for the exam, candidates can review previous UGC NET Cutoffs.

The Teaching and Reasoning Ability, Research Aptitude, Comprehension, Divergent Thinking, and General Awareness of the Candidate are all tested in the UGC NET Paper 1 exam. While the UGC NET Paper 2 Syllabus is based on the candidate's subject of choice, it assesses the candidate's in-depth knowledge and subject mastery. Candidates may select any of the 81 subjects listed by the NTA for Paper 2.

UGC NET Paper 1 Syllabus 2022 (With Syllabus PDF)

Every applicant must take the universal and obligatory UGC NET Paper 1 exam. There will be 50 questions on Paper 1 totaling a score. Each of the 10 units in Paper 1's syllabus will be the subject of exactly 5 questions. Below is a description of the Paper 1 detailed syllabus.
